Guided overnight hikes
Please note that there are no regular departures, each trip has to be specially planned.
Inkosana lodge offers guided overnight hikes with Karl Huyberechts, Karl is an accomplished mountaineer and hails from Belgium, he settled here with his family to farm in this valley a number of years ago.
The hikes range from 1night’s duration to 3 nights and from easy to moderate, to very strenuous. The route may be adapted to suit a group once we have met you at Inkosana Lodge, the night before you set off.
We need to know what experience you have and how fit you are. You will require personal gear, rucksacks and sleeping bags and mats. The fee includes park fee, guide, food and communal equipment and tents. Excluded is insurance and pick up fee if the hike ends in a different valley. The price is per person per trip. A one half deposit is required on booking.
Please note that each trip has to be tailor-made, we need as much warning as possible to make sure the guide is available, please see tariffs, we need a minimum 2 people, it is expensive for small parties.
